How do I get a U.S. Visa?

We are proud to assist a client base ranging from individuals and family-owned businesses to international corporations in U.S. Visas representation, including:

Business and Visitor Visas:

  • B-1 visa allows persons to come to the U.S. for temporary business purposes such as business consulting, contract negotiating, and etc.
  • B-2 visa allows persons to come to the U.S. for pleasure purposes such as tourism, health reasons, social visits, and etc.
  • Visitor visa is designated to persons who participate in exchange visitor program that has been designated by the State Department.
  • Diplomat visa is designated for diplomats, officials, and employees of the foreign governments to visit the U.S. on official business.
  • International organizations G-visas allow staff members of international organizations to come to the U.S. for their organization purposes.
  • P - visas for performing artists and athletes.
  • I - visa allows representatives of the foreign press, radio, or film to come to the U.S.

Work and Temporary Worker Visas:

  • J-1 visa is intended for the exchange visitors - professors or scholars, research assistants, students, teachers, specialists, nannies or camp counselors - intending to participate in an approved program allowing teaching, studying, lecturing, receiving training or receiving graduate medical education.
  • H-1B visa is for persons who wish to get employment in the U.S. in a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • H-1C visa allows professional nurses to work in the hospitals of professional shortage.
  • H-2A and H-2B visas allow agricultural workers performing agricultural labor of temporary or seasonal in nature.
  • H-3 visa allows persons to enter the U.S. for training purposes.
  • L-1A visa allows corporate managers or executives and their families to enter the U.S. for employment and educational purposes.
  • L-1B visa allows a person with specialized skills or training obtained in a foreign company to transfer to the company’s affiliate in the U.S.
  • O-visas are visas for individuals with extra​ordinary abilities in art, science, sports, education, and etc.

Treaty-Trader and Investor Visas:

  • E-1 visa is designated to the persons who wish to pursue trade that is international in nature and there exists a treaty, commerce and navigation or other agreement or compromise.
  • E-2 visa is designated to the persons who have already invested or are in the process of investing in a business and there is a treaty between the U.S. and the foreign government.

Marriage Visa:

  • K-1 visa is designated for persons who are engaged to U.S. citizens.
  • K-2 visa is for a an unmarried, under 21 years old child of a qualified K-1 applicant.
  • K-3 visa is for persons who are married to U.S. Citizens, and who may come to the U.S. while waiting for adjudication of their family petitions.
  • K-4 visa is for an unmarried, under 21 years old child of a qualified K-3 applicant.

Student Visas:

  • F – visa is designated for the bona fide (“good faith”) students who would like to pursue a full course of study in the U.S.
  • J-1 visa is intended for the exchange visitors - professors or scholars, research assistants, students, teachers, specialists, nannies or camp counselors - intending to participate in an approved program allowing teaching, studying, lecturing, receiving training or receiving graduate medical education.
  • M-visas are visas for students who wish to study at the vocational or nonacademic institutions.
  • Q-visas are for persons participating in international educational exchange programs.
  • R-visas are visas for persons working in the religious organizations in individual capacity, or in a professional capacity in religious vocation or occupation.
