Greg Rice Jacobs, Esq.

Greg Jacobs, Esq. is an associate attorney at Miami Legal Center. He practices primarily in the areas of Tax, Real Estate, and Civil Litigation. He has represented clients in various tax related matters, and successfully negotiated reduction in over $1,000,000 in tax liability. He has defended clients in state and federal court. He has completed numerous real estate transactions from contract through closing. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Jacobs worked as an accountant for several different multinationals corporations in the Boston area.

Mr. Jacobs earned his J.D. from the University of Miami, and his Bachelors degree in Finance/Insurance from Northeastern University. Mr. Jacobs is admitted to practice in the federal district courts for the Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. Tax Court.
